Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy describes the current features of the Moudern PC website and how information is handled when you initiate contact through the website.
Information You Voluntarily Provide
You may contact us by email or enter your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, position, how you heard about us, inquiry type, and a brief description of your legal issue on the Contact page. Please provide only the information necessary for an initial inquiry.
Contact Page and Email
The Contact page uses your device's email application to prepare an email draft addressed to info@mou-law.com . You must review and send the email yourself in that application. This feature does not submit or save form contents to a website database; opening a draft does not mean that the email has been sent or received by the firm. Clicking an email link also hands the process over to your email application. The handling of a sent email involves the email service you use.
Use of Information
Information you voluntarily send by email may be used to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, and evaluate the matter and possible next steps. Please do not send confidential or highly sensitive information before the firm confirms representation.
Website Technology
The current website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage to save visitor information, or integrate analytics tools, tracking pixels, third-party scripts, or third-party form processing services. This statement is limited to the current website code and is not a commitment about information handling by email services or website hosting infrastructure.
Policy Updates and Contact
This policy may be updated as website features or relevant practices change. For questions about this policy or website privacy, please contact info@mou-law.com.
